What is the difference between hemp-derived Delta-9 THC and marijuana-derived Delta-9 THC? Will I feel any differently?
Hemp plants and marijuana plants are both the same species of cannabis. Legally, hemp is defined as a cannabis plant that contains 0.3% or less of Delta-9 THC, while marijuana is a cannabis plant that contains more than 0.3% of Delta-9 THC.
Delta-9 THC is the cannabinoid that most people refer to when they say THC. Delta-9 is the same molecule whether it is derived from hemp or marijuana. It’s naturally occurring in all hemp and marijuana plants and has been consumed by humans for thousands of years – unlike Delta-8, HHC, or other synthetics which have only commercially existed for a few years.

When will my order arrive?
We ship directly from our facility on Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from purchase date. Shipping dates vary by your location and delivery options. A tracking code is provided via email when your order has left our facility. Email orders@sondertime.com if you’re unable to successfully track your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
What’s Sonder’s return policy?
We do not accept returns, please do not ship back any product as they will be refused and returned to the sender.
Refunds will be issued to requests received prior to processing and shipping. We do not issue refunds to orders that have shipped. However, if there is something wrong with the order or the product you received, please email us the details and a photo (of the product, if applicable) and we will handle it case by case. Our goal is to provide you with the best experience, and we will do our best to accommodate you!

What is hemp-derived THC?
Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is a compound contained in marijuana plants. Hemp-derived THC is the same exact compound, derived from federally legal hemp flower in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill.
How are CBD and THC different?
Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) refers to the primary chemical compound responsible for cannabis’ euphoric effects. THC is one of many cannabinoids, or chemical compounds, produced by the cannabis plant that bind to receptors in the body’s endocannabinoid system. A majority of cannabis strains are THC dominant, meaning THC is the most abundant cannabinoid. While the effects of THC are often noticeably altering, CBD works differently. CBD is another of the plant’s cannabinoids that stimulates different receptors in the endocannabinoid system. When taken together, they work harmoniously with each other to produce a more subtle, nuanced high.
How much should I take?
Each individual has their own tolerance with little way to predict.
We suggest you start with 1/4 of the 10 mg packet and see how you feel. If your desired feeling is not yet reached, take another 1/4 of the packet. Better to err on the safe side and take time to discover your tolerance.
Will this get me high?
This will vary from person to person and therefore we refrain from making too specific of claims about how your body will react to the plant compounds contained in our products. They do contain between 10mg THC so you can expect to feel a moderate to strong buzz depending on your tolerance and context.
We suggest starting with one serving and waiting at least one hours before taking another so you can understand how your body will react to the THC contained in each recipe.
How long will the effects last?
Between 1–4 hours.
Can I fail a drug test?
Sonder Space Crystals contain between 10-100mg of hemp-derived THC, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. We advise you to refrain from consuming Sonder products if you are concerned about failing a drug test.
Anything I should avoid?
Avoid eating more than two servings at once until you understand how your body will react to the THC contained in each product.
How long are Sonder Space Crystals good for?
We recommend consuming all Sonder Space Crystal products within one year.
How should I store Sonder Space Crystals?
There are two elements that will affect your Space Crystals: prolonged exposure to air and heat. Keep your Space Crystals sealed in an airtight container and away from direct heat. Any temperature above 85 degrees may cause the crystals to melt.
Do you lab test your products?
Yes, we do full panel testing including potency for every one of our products.
Where are Sonder Space Crystals manufactured?
Sonder never delegates to third party manufacturing and produces all our products in Sonder facilities in Los Angeles, California.
Do Sonder Space Crystals have sugar? Are they gluten free? Are they vegan?
Sonder Space Crystals do contain sugar. They are gluten free however they are not vegan. A tiny amount (less than 0.1%) of whey protein is necessary to create the popping effect.
Do I need to be 21+ to purchase Sonder Space Crystals?
Yes, you must be at least 21 years of age to purchase Sonder Space Crystals.
